**INDOOR SALES POSITION**

Are you looking for a full-time sales position? We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced tire enthusiast to join our customer's sales team!

* Must have excellent communication skills in person and on the phone.
* Ability to educate clients on what tires would be best for them based on their driving needs.
* Problem-solving abilities to deal with customer complaints and service concerns.
* Proven ability to work well with others, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to increase sales and update product inventory.
* Able to work retail hours including weekends.

Duties include
* Greeting customers; taking orders; processing orders and payments; answering customer queries and resolving any customer concerns in a professional manner
* Some heavy lifting to help locate and move tires for customers' needs.
* Assisting in other areas of the shop for customer satisfaction and efficient service.

Hours: Full time (Time and a half after 44 hours)
Monday- Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 8am-1pm
