The service and quality of work here is outstanding! It doesn't matter how busy and hectic it is, once is your turn, you get their full courteous and friendly attention. Honest and straightforward suggested fix of your tire needs and absolutely no pressure. I don't know how they keep prices so low but this business is consistently excellent quality. Really appreciate being a customer.
I initially spoke to Brent on the phone who was very knowledgable with the different types of tires available 235/55/19 and which ones would best suit my needs. Brent with the assistance of Dave provided me with the best product for a great price. They also threw in new Lug nuts when I could not find my key. These guys exceeded expectations and I’ll be definitely returning for my next set of tires.
Respect to Brent and all employees at Tire World for taking my concern seriously even though it wasn't anything to worry about. The people representing this company go above and beyond every time! No wonder Tire World has been around forever!!
Best service ever! Best price and fastest service for tire replacement! Came back a few weeks later because tire pressure readings were questionable ( probably because of temperature/season change). They checked all my tires no charge and I've never had a problem or concern since then. Best customer service experience!!
